Octopus Facts…
1) They have been known to eat their own arms when bored or not stimulated.
2) Octopuses are thought to have some venom from the bacteria living in their bodies.
3) Octopuses are smart, they have been known to use tools and can open childproof bottles.
4) They are masters at camouflage and blending into their environments.
5) Their life spans are short, some die off just after six months while other last only a few years.
6) Each limb has about 240 suction cups and large suckers can hold up to 35lbs each.
